Admission Process
Admission to SCMHRD’s MBA programs (2026-28 batch) is through a multi-stage, merit-based process.
SNAP 2025: Candidates must register for SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test) on snaptest.org (registration Aug–Nov 2025; tests in Dec 2025). Pay ₹2,250 (up to 3 attempts) + ₹1,000 per SCMHRD program. SNAP is mandatory for Indian students.
Shortlisting: Based on SNAP percentile/score, shortlist for Group Exercise & Personal Interaction (GEPI) is released (announced ~Jan 19, 2026). No fixed minimum percentile is published; it is relative and competitive (typically 85–98+ percentile for calls, varying yearly).
GEPI Rounds: Shortlisted candidates attend Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interaction (PI). Dates for MBA (core): Jan 27–31 & Feb 2–3, 2026; separate for MBA-IDM and MBA-BA. Slots must be booked online.
Final Merit List: Composite score = SNAP (50% weightage) + GEPI (GE 10% + PI 30% + possible WAT). First merit list ~Feb 27, 2026; fee payment deadline ~March 13, 2026. Subsequent lists follow.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST). Final-year students eligible (provisional admission subject to meeting criteria).
International students apply via SCIE. 100% seats filled through this process; reservations apply (SC 15%, ST 7.5%, PwD 3%, etc.). Program commences ~June 2026.
